About the Pioneer Neighborhood Association

Greetings, neighbors!

The Pioneer Neighborhood Association serves the residents based on the following geographical boundaries:

Southern border: Railroad Street

Western border: 15th Avenue

Northern border: Highway 30/25th Street

Eastern border: 2nd Avenue

Purpose

Per the by-laws, our purpose is:

• To plan and act in ways to make the area a better community in which to live and raise families
• To ensure the safety of neighborhood residents
• To work on traffic management for the neighborhood
• To establish appropriate zoning district classifications
• To develop a sense of community and pride in the neighborhood
• To provide the neighborhood a voice in matters of community concern

Membership

The voting membership of the Pioneer Neighborhood Association consists of those who live within the boundaries identified above. Dues are required to be a voting member, however dues are not required to participate in meetings, events, and community cleanup opportunities. All our neighbors are welcome!
